Personal Injury

personal injury lawyer After suffering a serious injury, it is critical to work with an experienced lawyer you can trust, someone you know will help you through the process and fight aggressively on your behalf.

Many wonder how they'll pay substantial medical bills, how they'll continue to earn a living while facing long-term or permanent physical injuries, and how they'll be compensated for their losses.  Families losing a loved one face even more devastating challenges, from determining who is responsible to adjusting to living life without the loved one.  We understand these concerns and have a deep commitment to gently and professionally guide our clients through the claims and litigation process to achieve a favorable resolution.

In the courtroom, we aggressively pursue our clients' interests to the fullest extent of the law.  By thoroughly investigating and preparing each case in detail, we diligently position our clients for successful trial outcomes and have a track record of proven results.  Many of our cases fall into one of three categories: automobile, wrongful death, and premises liability.

Automobile

Automobile cases include injuries cased by collisions involving cars, trucks, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, buses, trains, or any of those vehicles striking other vehicles or pedestrians.  Automobile cases focus on the actions of the parties involved, whether they were following the law at the time of the collision, and whether they were exercising care in their actions.  Clients in these cases are seeking compensation for medical bills, property damage, out-of-pocket losses, lost past and future wages, and general pain, suffering and mental distress.

Wrongful Death

Wrongful death claims arise when someone is killed as a result of the actions of another and include, but are not limited to, deaths caused in automobile, airplane, train and other accidents.  In wrongful death cases, members of the deceased person's family may recover for the loss of financial and emotional support, as well as the loss of care and comfort caused by the loss of the family member.

Premises Liability

Premises liability cases occur when a person is injured as a result of a dangerous condition on property owned by another person or entity, including spills in a grocery store aisle, tripping hazards on a sidewalk, or dogs with dangerous tendencies.  Plaintiffs in a premises liability case must show that the owner knew about the dangerous condition before the injury was incurred.  Otherwise, the case will focus on the injured party's behavior at the time of the incident.
